KPM 25

KPM 25 Concrete Paving Stone Machine works on the basis of hydraulic pressure and mechanical vibration. It can produce prefabricated concrete elements such as concrete paving stones, grass stones, concrete kerbstones, rain gutter stones, briquette and hollow blocks.

It allows the production of high quality concrete paving stones, concrete kerbstones, rain gutter stones, briquette and hollow blocks.

KPM 25 is being produced with two mortar bunkers, stacking robot, forced concrete mixer and conveyor belt with reducer. It can be modified and completed according to the customer needs.

The system with two bunkers ensures that the surfaces of the products are smoother and more colorful, especially in the production of paving stones, as well as reducing the consumption of coloring paint.

During the production phase, the stacking robot that allows the product pallets to be stacked on top of each other and taken by forklift, works both manually and automatically.

Forced concrete mixer components and conveyor belt are controlled from the same control panel.

The belt conveyor has the ability to transfer the mortar coming from the mixer to both bunkers by the rotation mechanism driven by a reducer motor.
